Spring Stoll

I hope everyone is well and enjoying the Spring weather.  I have all my garden boxes planted, the snails are eating their way through my garden boxes.  Now the birds are pulling up the new tender shoots and the mice are running around the yard eating the seeds.  I really need to borrow a neighbor's cat for a few days.

Fabulous photographs, gardening can be a bit of a battle sometimes - something always seems to be eating everything.

  9. Sounds like you have a very active yard, we have a lot of cats that roam around our yard, but it doesn't keep the moles away.
Your scene is just wonderful, beautiful flowering trees, and goose with her little babies :)

  13. Such a lovely bright, cheery scene you have created Diane. Love it. We have similar problems in our garden ....the rabbits eat the flowers, the pheasants eat the seeds, the birds eat the fruit and the moles dig up the garden lol! oh! the joys of living in the countryside....mind you, I wouldn't swap it lol!! Have a good week.
    Hugs Jennifer xx.

  16. hehe Diane be careful who's cat you borrow - we befriended a neighbourhood cat, and the little miss never left! She's now permanently moved in, and our neighbors (her original owners) think it's hilarious! Your card is GORGEOUS and I love all your beautiful flowers! We're still a week or so away from blooms here, but it's getting there! Hugs sweet friend! xo
