Here in the Northwest we actually had one dry day, but then the rain, wind and clouds returned. I guess Spring just hasn't arrived yet. So far today it has rained 1.5 inches and there is rain forecast for the next 7 days.
Today's card is really easy, I punched out the cornflowers and added circles to the centers using glitter cardstock. I placed them at the top and bottom of the Floral oval and used the Martha Stewart punch around the page Eyelet Lace set. I ran pink cardstock for the sentiment through the printer and die cut it with the Ribbon Banner.

If I came upon this flower garden I would feel like dancing also. I really like taking the Lady Dancing and just reposition either the legs or arms depending on what you want to create. I added a fun flower hat to her head and a small bow on the dress. I have been adding small pinched flowers to the Viva Tree and then cutting the branches and using them as flower vines. For the birdhouse I mounted it on the Village Lamp Post for some height.
PS. For the orange and purple flowers I am using the Sizzix Accessory Tool Kit by Susan Tierney-Cockburn. I am still learning how to use the kit and make flowers but I just punch 1/4" circles and use the shaping tools to create the small flowers.

A big thank you to all my followers, I really appreciate everyone who leaves comments and those that are using Pinterest to pin my projects.
I thought this might be a fun Mother's Day card or just a Spring design.
For today's card I started out die cutting two Grand Flower Box pieces and trimming the ends off and shortening on side to create the cart. Then I filled it with a strip of grass which I realize you really can't see. I added the Brighton Flowers, Tulips and some pinched little red circle buds. Next I die cut two Vintage Bicycles and trimmed off everything so I only had the wheels and attached one in front and the other behind the cart. I filled three pots with more flowers and then took the Spellbinders circle piece an trimmed it slightly less than half then added the Martha Stewart Doily Lace for the trim. I used only the handle of the Petite Umbrella and attached the umbrella to the back of the flowers.

PS for those who might be interested here is the finished wood floor in my craft room. Please ignore the hideous wall color (purple) it came with the house when we bought it. Painting the walls will have to wait until next year.

Greetings Fellow Crafters,
I just discovered that the new Swirly Curl Border Outline die lines up with each other for additional creative uses. I used it as a lattice background and added the Fairy Flower Drops and then filled two baskets with grass and flowers.

My post today features the gorgeous new Bountiful Sunflower die which can be used in so many ways. After embossing the background I popped on a few new Delaney Butterflies, grass and a little glitter to complete the card. I hope this design makes you think of Spring and warmer days.
